Please send your drawing or sample information together with the material, thickness, dimensions, printing colors, cutout requirements, adhesive requirements, order quantity, annual demand, destination country, and contact details. We will review the project and reply with a quotation.

Common formats include PDF, AI, CDR, DXF, DWG, STEP, STP, JPG, and PNG. Vector artwork is recommended for logos, operating icons, screen printing, and transparent window areas.

We can discuss EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, and other commonly used trade terms according to the destination, shipment volume, and order arrangement. Shenzhen or another agreed China port can be used for shipment.

Yes. Prototype and pre-production samples are available. A typical sample lead time is approximately 3–7 working days, depending on the part structure, printing complexity, tooling, and material availability.

Bulk production normally takes approximately 15–30 days after the sample, drawing, artwork, quantity, packaging, and payment terms are confirmed. Peak seasons, special materials, or complex processes may require additional time.

Some commonly used materials or standard items may be available, while most panels are manufactured specifically for each customer. Stock status and the production schedule will be confirmed during quotation.

Mixed-model orders and combined shipments can be discussed. Feasibility depends on the material, production process, packaging method, quantity, and shipping arrangement.

Samples and small orders can be shipped by international express or air freight. Bulk orders can be shipped by air, sea, rail, or an agreed door-to-door logistics service.

If a confirmed manufacturing quality issue occurs, please send clear photos, videos, quantity details, batch information, and an explanation of the problem. After verification, we will work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include rework, replacement, replenishment, or another agreed remedy.
